Compassionate Counseling to Help You
Move Forward

Life has a way of unfolding in unexpected ways. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season, or looking for professional counseling for yourself, your child, or your family, you will find a safe, supportive place to begin.

Sometimes We All Need Someone to Talk To

People seek professional counseling for many different reasons.

You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, relationship challenges, burnout, or a major life transition. You may be supporting a child through a difficult season or simply looking for someone who will listen without judgment and help you make sense of what you are experiencing.

Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to face it alone.

Counseling provides a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, better understand your emotions, and develop practical strategies for moving forward with greater confidence and hope.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide compassionate counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Working together, we’ll identify the approach that best supports your unique needs and goals.

A Place Where You Can Feel Heard

I believe meaningful counseling begins with building trust.

My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. You do not need to have all the answers before you arrive. You simply need a willingness to begin.

Working together, we will explore your experiences, better understand the challenges you are facing, and identify practical ways to help you move forward with greater confidence and hope

How Counseling Can Help

Every person’s journey is unique, and the reasons people seek counseling are just as individual.

Counseling may help if you are experiencing:

Anxiety or excessive worry

Depression or persistent
low mood

Grief and loss

Relationship challenges

ADHD

Burnout or ongoing stress

School-related concerns

Major life transitions

Coping with a medical diagnosis

Personal growth and emotional well-being

You do not have to wait until life feels overwhelming before reaching out.

Sometimes the first step toward feeling better is simply having someone who will listen, understand, and walk alongside you.

Counseling for Every Stage of Life

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families because every stage of life brings different experiences and different challenges.

Whether I am helping a child build emotional resilience, supporting a teenager through life’s complexities, or working with adults navigating personal or professional challenges, my approach always begins with understanding the individual.

Every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.

My Approach

No two people experience life in exactly the same way.

That is why I never believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Counseling is not about telling you what to do. It is about creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, understand your emotions, recognize your strengths, and discover practical ways to move forward.

Working together, we will develop an approach that reflects your goals, your experiences, and what matters most to you.

Personalized Counseling - Walk and Talk

While traditional office-based counseling is the foundation of my practice, I also recognize that every client is different.

For some individuals, particularly those living with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other life stressors, I may recommend Walk and Talk Counseling as part of the therapeutic process.

This evidence-based approach combines traditional counseling with the calming benefits of walking in a natural environment. Many clients find that gentle movement and being outdoors helps them relax, improve focus, and feel more comfortable discussing difficult topics.

Whether we meet in my office or incorporate Walk and Talk Counseling into your care, the focus remains the same: to provide compassionate, professional counseling that meets you where you are and supports you as you move forward.

Why Work With Me?

Choosing a counselor is a personal decision.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, families, and educators through many of life’s challenges.

More importantly, I believe every person deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and genuine understanding.

My commitment is to provide a safe place where you feel comfortable sharing your story, knowing you will be listened to without judgment and supported every step of the way.

Take the Next Step

Reaching out for support is often the hardest part of the journey, but it can also be the beginning of something better.

If you are wondering whether counseling is right for you or someone you love, I invite you to begin with a conversation.

Together, we can explore what you are experiencing, answer your questions, and determine the approach that best supports your needs.

I would be honored to walk alongside you as you find your path forward.
